AccessPatrol
Listing updated: May 28, 2009
This product enables you to restrict access to USB, CD and floppy drives from a central console and therefore protect your company from external threats such as viruses as well as protecting your existing data. The software also enables you to remotely shut-down or boot computers through a power management utility. This can be individual workstations or groups of computers, which is a particularly important fuction with there being such a focus on energy consumption recently in the media and society generally.

DeviceLock
Listing updated: June 13, 2005
Using DeviceLock, network administrators can lock out unauthorized users from USB and FireWire devices, WiFi and Bluetooth adapters, CD-Rom and floppy drives, serial and parallel ports and many other plug-and-play devices. Once DeviceLock is installed, administrators can control access to any device, depending on the time of day and day of the week. The USB white list allows you to authorize only specific devices that will not be locked regardless of any other settings. The intention is to allow special devices (e.g. smart card readers) but lock all other devices. DeviceLock allows you to generate a report concerning the permissions that have been set. You can see which users are assigned for what device and what devices are on the USB white list on all the computers across your network.

DeviceWall
Listing updated: July 12, 2006
DeviceWall minimizes the threat of data leakage by enabling the organization to create a white list of ‘approved’ devices assigned to specified groups and individual users. By default, DeviceWall can be configured to automatically block any device not explicitly permitted in the security policy.
Designed to help organizations manage desktop endpoints and the usage of portable storage devices (iPods, USB sticks, PDAs, etc.) on the corporate network, DeviceWall also automatically encrypts information leaving a desktop to ensure the security and integrity of data in transit. Furthermore, the company has integrated new anti-tamper technology, expanded device class support, and added new management and customization features.

OPSWAT's Endpoint Security Engine is a customizable software package that enhances network management and security solutions by actively enforcing configurable security policies. ESE is an abstraction layer to most OPSWAT SDKs and can be configured to run as either a Windows process or service. ESE verifies that each endpoint conforms to policy requirements for antivirus, antispyware, browser security, and patch management for Microsoft Windows and enables a COM-based development interface to access the state of these security applications.
ESE can be configured to automatically fix the user application settings, prompt users to patch their system or trigger a call back.

Reflex Disknet Pro supports both white list and black list control of removable media and I/O devices on any port (USB, Firewire, IDE, Bluetooth etc). The system administrator can centrally manage access to all devices both known and unknown.
Using white list security it possible to deny access to ALL devices except for those specifically permitted. Using Black List security it is possible to grant access to all devices apart from explicitly un-trusted devices. Device control can be either on a global device type basis or as specific as model and brand of device. In addition, Reflex Disknet Pro includes a media authorisation system that digitally tags and authorises devices based on content. By ensuring that only digitally signed devices can be accessed Reflex Disknet Pro can provide device specific security rights.

Safend Protector monitors real-time traffic and applies customized, highly-granular security policies over all physical, wireless and storage interfaces.
Safend Protector detects and allows restriction of devices by device type, model or even specific device serial number. For storage devices, Safend Protector allows security administrators to either block all storage devices completely, permit read-only or encrypt all data. It also monitors, blocks and logs files that are downloaded to or read from these devices. WiFi controls are based on MAC address, SSID, or network security level.
