July 30, 2004 - Works perfectly by John, Product Rating: 5/5: I have used this product for a couple months now, haven't had any problems and it doesn't slow down my computer usage at all. Best of all it is completely undetectable. When i first got it e-mailed tech-support to help with setup for e-mail and got quick response a couple hours later. I strongly recomment this to anyone
October 20, 2003 - no support by Deane Gallo,: This company cannot be reached !!! I have a tech question. All numbers listed in the site are out of service. most urls are file not found. Do not buy this product !!! I tried to find Kanstar in Fla. it does not exist.
May 6, 2003 - The worst surveillance software by Tabitha Delmarco,: You must be kidding or haven't tried this program long enough. This is an imitation software with no real features. I don't like it at all. It crashes way too many times if running any norton products. Simply a waste of $$
October 17, 2002 - The best surveillance software by Henrique Baptista Ferreira,: I tested a lot of surveillance softwares and this was the only one that did not shutdown using the Windows Task Manager.

This program is very thin, did not affect my computer performace and has a lot of interesting features.
